Who we are

Tauros Trading Company is a trade name of Tech Revision Co., based in Severance, Colorado. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order, including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Single cards are unique physical items sold on a first-come, first-served basis. In the rare event two payments land for the same physical card, the later order is refunded in full.

Card conditions

Condition labels on single cards (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged) are our good-faith assessment under standard TCG grading conventions. Where a listing shows real photos of the exact card, those photos are part of the item description. Condition grading is inherently subjective; if you believe a card was materially misgraded, contact us within the return window and we will make it right.

Offers on single cards

Some single cards accept price offers. Submitting an offer is not a purchase and does not reserve the card. If we accept your offer, the offered price applies to that exact card for you for 48 hours, in your cart through normal checkout. The card remains available to other buyers at list price until someone completes checkout; if it sells first, the accepted offer lapses. Offers may be declined at our discretion.

Made-to-order & special items

3D-printed and other made-to-order items are produced after you order and may add production time before shipment. Custom requests are quoted individually and governed by the details agreed in writing for that request.

Payment, shipping & returns

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Title and risk of loss pass to you on our delivery of the package to the carrier, and every order includes tracking. Delivery estimates and our 30-day return policy are described on the Delivery & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt service, scrape at abusive volumes, interfere with other customers' carts or reservations, submit fraudulent orders or reviews, or circumvent purchase limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

Pokémon and all related names, marks, and card images are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company International. Tauros Trading Company sells genuine trading cards and related products and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies. Other product names and brands are property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by contract.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email orders@taurostrading.com.
