Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, 2 business days with UPS 2nd Day Air. All orders ship from Colorado and include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order ships.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with original packaging where applicable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, email us at orders@taurostrading.com within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Final Sale — No Returns
The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:
- Pokémon TCG singles (individual cards) — all sales final
- Sealed Pokémon TCG products (booster packs, booster boxes, ETBs, tins, collections, etc.)
- Digital items and code cards
- Custom or commissioned items — 3D prints made to order, custom cross-stitch, personalized crafts. No exceptions.
Handcrafted Items
Ready-made handcrafted items (non-custom crochet, cross-stitch, and similar) may be returned within 30 days provided:
- The item is returned in new, unused condition
- Free of stains, odors (including pet hair, smoke, and perfume), and physical damage
- Accompanied by original packaging where applicable
Items returned in degraded condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
3D Printed Items
Standard (non-custom) 3D printed items may be returned within 30 days in original unmodified condition. Custom-designed or made-to-order prints are final sale with no exceptions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at orders@taurostrading.com. We will make it right promptly at no cost to you.
